Ajamu Mitchell
Ajamu Mitchell's love and passion for photography grew at a young age as he would spend his summers in Miami, Florida while visiting relatives during summer breaks as a teen. Although Ajamu was born in Aurora, Colorado, his adoptive native is Savannah, Georgia. It is in Savannah, Georgia where Ajamu has been able to expand his portfolio capturing life for families, schools, media outlets, and much more.
During his 20 years in the photography profession, Ajamu has had the opportunity to learn from award winning photographers like; C.W. Griffin of The University of Miami and The Miami Herald and Jeffery Salter of Sports Illustrated & New York Times. In turn giving Ajamu the opportunity to work on projects for a number of HBCU's and BET.
